Queenstown -

On a premium site overlooking Lake Wakatipu, looking directly down Shotover Street, Queenstown, this is for the luxury apartment market. Work is continuing in the design process with the architect, engineers, and designers, as the structural foundations are being established on site.

Remuera -

This project is a full remodelling of a former mansion which had been sliced up by a developer in the '80s. Initially the building was stripped out internally to ascertain the limitations of the structure, prior to committing to consented plans. BUILDPLAN worked with the design team to blend the engineering into the aesthetics.

Rarotonga -

This was a special challenge...pull together a partial kitset home for kiwi clients, designed, engineered, and supplied, by an Australian company, working to the New Zealand building code, with the subfloor materials, and general hardware, shipped from Auckland.

Arrowtown -

On a hill's crest, overlooking the stunning surrounds of Arrowtown, this is a townhouse style development of two units. Contemporary architecture, combined strong passive heating design, provide amazingly comfortable Central Otago living, complimented by one of the area's few heated private pools.
